Home | South East Australian Taekwondo patterns (Katas) are unique to our style. They have evolved since 1979 and been developed very much as a technical progression through the grades and with practical self-defence in mind. |

Belt System |
Patterns form only one part of South East Australian Taekwondo. However, they are still essential to the style as they assist in learning, maintaining and practicing techniques. Patterns also help to show progression of some of the technical requirements. |
